About

From discovery to delivery, I work across the whole product cycle, connecting research, strategy, UX and UI.

Portrait of Tiago Ferreira

I started in graphic design, at an agency, and early on began writing the code for my own interfaces. That mix of design and technology led me to create interactive materials for distance learning and, at Estadão, award-winning interactive journalism features.

At Canarinho, I founded and led the design team, with projects for brands like Volvo, BMW, Itaú and Bradesco. At Realize, I built the product and design practice and the design system from scratch, led the Style Customizer and defined how AI would come into the product.

Today, at WeFit, I design for Azul's digital ecosystem: passenger experiences, operational systems and AI projects. The thread that ties it all together is the same: turning complex problems into clear products, side by side with product and engineering.

    I define the product's direction, goals and requirements together with stakeholders.

    I test and gather feedback to make sure the design serves people and business goals.

    I work with engineering on implementation, with front-end knowledge and no-code tools.

    Senior Product Designer

    I design B2C and B2B digital experiences for Azul Brazilian Airlines, including self-service journeys at airports.

    Realize

    Senior Product Designer

    I built the design team from scratch and defined its ways of working. I created automations that increased productivity by 70% in interactive content production.
