Context
Banco do Brasil sells properties through auctions and direct sales: houses, apartments, land, rural properties and commercial buildings, some already rented. For many people, it is the first time buying this way.
The problem
Buying a property at auction feels risky and complicated. The platform had to make searching easy and build trust at every step.
- 01
Many types of property and sale, hard to filter.
- 02
Auction terms that are unclear to first-time buyers.
- 03
Key information scattered around, which makes deciding feel unsafe.
How I solved it[03]
- 01
A search in the buyer's language
Sale type, price, property type, state and city sit together in a single bar, right at the start. The most searched categories, with the number of properties, work as shortcuts.
- 02
Spotlight on what is different
Commercial properties sold with a tenant in place, already earning rent, got their own showcase with a clear value proposition.
- 03
Cards with what you need to trust
Each property shows the offer value, city, sale type, ID code and the partner in charge. Enough to decide whether to open the details.
Screens[01]

Outcome
A clearer buying journey for a process that usually puts off people who have never taken part in an auction.
What I learned
In financial products, clarity is the strongest form of trust. Every term explained and every fact in view removes the doubt that stops a purchase.
